High Grade compacts reinforce Nikon binocular line-up
Peerless performance, unmatched clarity and meticulous attention to detail distinguish Nikon's top of the range High-Grade binocular models. Now the same performance is available in two compact High Grade models.
The 8x20 HG DCF and the 10X25 HG DCF roof prism binoculars offer the features and build quality that have made the existing models so successful, in a more compact design and at a more affordable price point.
Needless to say, these two new models feature Nikon's multilayer coated lenses plus high reflection silver coating to the prism, for the brightest images. Sharp, clear images are further assured thanks to Nikon's original field flattener lens and eyepiece design. Phase correction coated roof prisms give high resolution and contrast
The High-eyepoint design provides a clear field of view even for eyeglass wearers and the fold up design of these compact binoculars make them very easy to carry around.
Other features include:
- Waterproof up to 3m/9.8ft, fog-free with O-ring seals and nitrogen gas - Low-temperature use down to - 30 Celsius - Lightweight thanks to die-cast magnesium alloy body - Optics employ Eco-glass containing no arsenic or lead - Turn-and-slide rubber eyecup facilitates easy positioning of eyes at the correct eyepoint - Field of view of 54.4 degree (8x20) is the widest in this type of compact binoculars - Close focusing distance of 2.4m (8x20) is the shortest in this type of compact binoculars - Fold-up design; easy to carry around
The new compact models are available now with recommended retail prices of £299.99 for the 8X20 and £329.99 for the 10X25.
